The Construction Bureau said that deeply carrying out the patent quality improvement project, comprehensively improving the service level and capacity of institutions, and eliminating abnormal patent applications not for the purpose of protecting innovation are important contents of the construction of an intellectual property power and necessary measures to promote the standardized development of the patent agency industry.
